RETURN POLICIES
Little Lam Baby Boutique is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Notify us at 972-234-8883 within 3 business days of receipt of order
- Item must be received in NEW condition, with all tags/packaging attached.
- We must receive it within 10 business days after notified date. Upon receive of item, we will inspect it and issue the refund/exchange/store credit as requested.
- Shipping is non-refundable
- Shipping charges will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items shipped with FREE shipping will have applicable shipping charges deducted from the refund/exchange/store credit.
- Freight items may require a manufacturer's restocking fee.
- All sale items, and "custom orders" are FINAL SALE, and not returnable

Shipping Policies
We charge a flat rate of $10.50 for all orders under $99, excluding tax. All orders over $99 are shipped FREE. All instock orders are shipped from Texas and should be received within 2–14 business days. Most items are shipped via UPS. Larger items may ship with freight carriers.
For large and bulky items such as Furniture and Strollers, additional SUB CHARGES will apply. This is clearly states on the individual item page.
Currently, we only ship within the continental U.S. We do not ship international.
